Responsible Gaming
Gaming should be fun. When it stops being fun, we want you to have the tools to step back. Here is how we help you stay in control.
Our commitment
Gaming should be fun. The moment it stops being fun, something needs to change. We provide tools and resources to help you stay in control, and we do not treat responsible gaming as a legal checkbox. It is built into every part of the club.
Gaming laws in India
Online gaming laws in India vary from state to state. Some states permit online gaming while others place restrictions on it, and the rules can change. It is your responsibility to check the regulations that apply where you live before you play, and to seek local legal guidance if you are unsure.
Tools in your dashboard
Deposit limits
Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you deposit. Limits apply immediately, and raising one takes a cooling-off period before it kicks in.
Session timers
Set a time limit for your gaming sessions. You get a notification the moment your time is up.
Loss caps
Set a maximum loss for a day or a week. Once you hit it, play is blocked until the period resets.
Cooling-off period
Take a break for a set number of days. Your account locks temporarily, and you cannot deposit or play until it ends.
Self-exclusion
Permanently exclude yourself from the club. This cannot be reversed. Your account closes and any remaining balance is returned to you.
Signs that gaming may be a problem
- Spending more money than you planned.
- Chasing losses by increasing your bets.
- Gaming to escape stress or problems.
- Borrowing money to fund gaming.
- Letting responsibilities slip because of gaming.
- Feeling anxious or irritable when you are not gaming.
Getting help
If you or someone you know needs support, these organisations can help:
- BeGambleAware
- GamCare
- Gambling Therapy
- Contact our support team any time for help setting limits or self-excluding.
Underage gaming prevention
We do not allow anyone under 18 to create a membership. We verify age during registration and KYC. If we find an underage account, we close it immediately and return all deposits.
Our responsibility
We train our support staff to recognise the signs of problem gaming. If our team notices concerning patterns on your account, we may reach out to offer help. This is not surveillance - it is care.
